About The Sessions

Sessions last for 50 minutes; this is your time to discuss
your issues, whatever is worrying you, in your own way. You
are free to disclose as little or as much as you feel comfortable
with.
Ideally we meet once a week, particularly at the start of
counselling when we are getting to know each other.
At a later stage some clients choose to come fortnightly as
they begin to feel the benefit of the counselling.
Some clients choose to come for a fixed number of sessions,
say 6 or 8, some prefer to be open-ended. We can discuss this
at the first session and also review it during the course of
counselling. |
